  It was remarkably smooth, with a seamless transition, from the initial internet interaction, to the in-person meeting with the businesslike but comfortable Brian. He shifted gears easily, as I moved in different directions, with no pressure, but rather a kind, consultative approach. Every person there was a pleasure to deal with, and the entire experience, from greeting the first day to delivery the second, took less than two hours. This is car shopping as it should be.
