  I cannot say enough good things about my experience living at FIFTEEN51 Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky. From the moment I moved in, it truly felt like home. I lived in the Port floorplan, and it was the perfect layout! It was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The open concept kitchen and living area made it easy to entertain guests, and I loved the upscale finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the sleek wood-style flooring throughout. The natural light that poured in through the large windows made every morning feel fresh and energizing. What really set FIFTEEN51 apart was the combination of luxury living and a genuine sense of community. The management team was always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Any time I had a question or service request, it was addressed quickly and thoroughly. The team clearly cares about residents and takes pride in the property. They hosted fun events throughout the year that brought people together and gave it a real neighborhood vibe. The amenities are truly top tier. I loved starting my day with a workout in the wellness center. It had everything from cardio machines to free weights and even a yoga and spin studio. During the warmer months, the pool and sundeck were my favorite spots to relax. I never had to fight for a spot to relax! There is also a stylish resident lounge and co-working space that made remote work feel effortless. For pet owners, the on-site bark park and pet spa are major bonuses. My pup loved running and playing here! They have really thought of everything. Location-wise, FIFTEEN51 is unbeatable. Nestled in the Citation and Northside area of Lexington, you're just minutes away from some of the best shopping, dining, and recreation in town. It is a short drive to Masterson Station Park, one of the largest parks in Lexington, offering open green space, walking trails, and equestrian facilities. You’re also close to downtown Lexington and less than 15 minutes from UK’s campus, so whether you're catching a Wildcats game or heading to a show at the Lexington Opera House, everything is easily accessible. The area around Aristides Boulevard is clean, safe, and filled with charm. Being part of the growing Masterson Station neighborhood means you get the tranquility of suburban living with the convenience of city life. Grocery stores like Kroger, Publix, and Meijer are nearby, and there are several great local spots to eat including Brasa’s for Latin fusion and North Lime Coffee and Donuts for a sweet treat. As for why I left, the only reason I moved out was due to relocating out of state. If that weren’t the case, I would have happily stayed for many more years. That said, I still make a point to visit Lexington often, and every time I do, I stop by FIFTEEN51 to visit friends who still live there. Just walking around the community brings back such great memories. It still feels like home. If you're looking for a beautiful, modern apartment in Lexington with fantastic amenities, a responsive team, and a welcoming community, I can't recommend FIFTEEN51 Apartments enough. I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this one is truly special. Five stars without hesitation.

  LaPrincess was great to work with. I came in for a walk in tour and she took me without much of a wait or an appointment. During our tour, she was kind, thoughtful in response and took the time to understand my needs.
